Training Update
The first pre-season training session of the new season will now be on Wednesday 2nd July but will continue to be on Tuesdays from the following week (8th July). This is because the rec is booked for stoolball on Tuesday 1st July.
Two Teams Next Season

Regrettably the management committee have decided not to continue with our First team in Division 1 next season. This decision was not taken lightly, but it was felt with First team debt nearly into 4 figures, no manager for next season and a few senior players leaving the club something had to change. This means our First team will be in Division 6 and Seconds in Division 9. This is obviously a great shame particularly to those players who had established themselves in Division 1 last season, and to the handful of long serving players such as Fotti and Rags who have been through a few relegation scraps and a promotion down the years. On the positive side, its gives the club a new start and hopefully without the burden of a poorly run First team, the new First and Second teams can enjoy success in the seasons to come.
Pre Season Training
As is traditional, pre-season training will begin in July at Wivelsfield Rec, they will run every Tuesday throughout July and August with the first one on July 1st, starting at 7pm sharp. Pre-season friendlies are being planned for late July and August so it’s vital that you get yourself along to training and stake your place in the team!
Annual General Meeting

The club AGM is being held next Tuesday 10th June, 8pm at the Royal Oak pub in Wivelsfield Green. If you intend to be involved with the club in any capacity next season then please come along to find out what's going on.
End of Season Awards Evening
Saturday 17th May 2008
This year we are holding this at Franklands Village Social Club on Saturday 17th May. The evening will begin from 19:00 and there will be the usual Raffle and Karaoke as well as the club trophy presentations. We have had a good turn out to this over the last few years to please come along and support the club. Friends and family more than welcome.
